Return and Refund Policy
1. All orders will be packed, wrapped carefully and quality checked to ensure it arrives to you free of defects. When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day and it is your responsibility to check for faults (if any) immediately.
2. Cancellation of order is not permitted after confirmation has been made by you UNLESS the product(s) is out of stock. In such instance, a full refund of the product(s) will be made included courier charges (if any).
3. We take no responsibility for damage caused by using our product(s) if being used other than recommended as stated in manuals.
4. The product(s) Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid on new purchases and allows you to evaluate your purchases for up to seven (7) day from the date of receipt. Any complaints forward to us after the seven (7) days period will no longer be entertained. 5. Product(s) purchased MUST be returned to us in unused condition. Please ensure that the item is not used and please retain the original packing. Any stains,scratches or damage caused by carelessness will not be accepted for returns.
6. After receiving the said product(s), we will examine and test the defective product(s) in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you described is found valid, the authorize merchant will deliver you a replacement. However, if we are not able to provide a replacement of the returned product(s) for any reason, we will refund the full amount of the product(s). We shall not be liable to pay you any loss and damage resulted from this defective product(s).
